This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use, retain, and protect it — collected or used in any Website, Mobile Application, or Service provided by THE COMPANY (hereinafter "Website," "Mobile Application," and "Service," and collectively, "Services") that references this Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable regulations.

THE COMPANY may share your data with companies linked to our Brand Network, when required and necessary, to carry out any service-related management, namely: Glajumedia SAC, Gmedia-la, Gmedia.pe, CuidamiSalud, Gcomunica.

Upon authorizing the processing, the data will be stored in the database called "Customer Prospecting RNPDP-PJP No. 24688-550-2023," registered in the National Personal Data Protection Registry under the ownership of Glajumedia SAC, located at Jr. Cruz del Sur 140-164 Office 1704, Time Building, Santiago de Surco, Lima.

THE COMPANY guarantees that personal data is handled in strict confidence and in compliance with the security measures established under the Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations. THE COMPANY employs various technical security mechanisms to protect your personal data against unauthorized access. Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE COMPANY is not responsible for breaches of its systems or databases by unauthorized parties, or for the improper use of information obtained through such means, or any illegitimate intrusion beyond THE COMPANY's control.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition at any time by submitting your request to legal@glajumedia.com. In addition to the above rights, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without such withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to it.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may file a complaint with Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority (ANPDP).

Retention Period

THE COMPANY, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its regulations, may use your information for as long as the legal, commercial, contractual, and/or service relationship is maintained, and for up to ten (10) years after such relationship ends.
